smartbloc® – The technology

* smartbloc® products are regularly tested by certified testing institutes. This includes the category of locking force on the outside handle. This ensures that smartbloc® products lock reliably in public buildings even when force is used. In this test, the weight presses on the outside lever handle centre from above. smartbloc® products achieve approx. 10 times the value of commercially available lever handle sets with locking mechanism. These are between 10 and 28 kg. All official test reports and results are available.
